Font - Experience with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options would be great. We also do cook meat! We are open 8am-3pm Monday thru Friday and 7:30am - 3:30pm on the weekends. If you have a family, you will always have your nights off. Plan on working every weekend for your stay at SunnySide. We obviously realize that weddings and such happen and with notice we can accommodate these requests but you are not front of the house people. You do not get every other weekend off because you want to

Font - CaptainKurts 1 day ago Sunnyside Cafe doesn't understand what a paragraph is - Def not worth applying for. I can almost sense the arrogance through the jargon. Perhaps they ought to view employees as their number one asset, instead of their number one expense. 289 Reply Share

Font - Alert-Explanation578. 1 day ago Truly unbelievable stuff. Then he'll complain that "nobody wants to work these days" when nobody applies. "You want a weekend off to spend with your family? Nah man, go yourself. You're either at work or dead. I can't believe these are real people who truly think that will work. Absolutely unreal. 108 Reply Share

Font - Elinaamble22 - 17 hr. ago I WORKED THERE. Oh yay my time to shiiiiine this place. I started there as one of their first staff members. I started training as a server but had more experience in the kitchen. So all my training at this place was SERVER. Opening weekend (I believe) was on a home game day. I also had a second job just down the street that opened at 11 that I had to work at. So, I park up the street and walk in the rain at 5 am to be at Sunnyside for my serving shift. Get there

Font - So sure but I have to still be at my next job by 11. My job? Scramble eggs. First there was no prep so I had to crack them ALL into a bug 5 gallon tub ok. Fill it. I was cracking away and the manager/owner(?) came over and told me I was going too slow and showed me how to crack them faster which resulted in a ton of shells. It was literally just smash them on the side and toss what's in your hand aside.

Font - Then prep them into pour bottles and stand at a grill and just scramble eggs (and shells) for orders. 11 rolls around and I have to go to my next job and it was the biggest headache leaving. My shift at that job was 11am-10pm. Luckily that boss was gracious and let me take a nap until I was ready to work. I get home and sit on the floor and cry that I can't walk and can't possibly wake up at 4 and be at sunnyside by 5. I wake up at 4 and call the manager and say I just can't do it that da

Font - Maybe that story isn't so bad but I was only like 18/19 years old and just valued myself more than working breakfast for them.
