I guess in some sense, you have to appreciate this dude's honesty. However, after posting a job advertisement like this which probably pays a cent more than minimum wage, he should be shocked if he gets any applications at all. He's practically digging a hole for himself and the restaurant at large by posting this.
Some highlights from this ad include saying that no weekends off are allowed and mentioning that workers have to either be at work, in jail, or "no longer with us" (to use a euphemism). Seriously? In this day and age, what was this guy thinking? Perhaps these were the expectations of kitchen staff workers once upon a time, but no reasonable person would put up with this kind of behavior anymore. If he's trying to put an end to his restaurant business, then it's working. That's the only way in which you could say that this dude is succeeding.
